Completely refurbished in 2004, this well-appointed villa with private heated swimming pool occupies a prime location just a few minutes stroll from the sea front in Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
The medium-size development of well-established detached villas is situated in a superb central location between the major beaches of Puerto del Carmen.  The many amenities,      including

shops, bars, restaurants and the beaches on the Avenida de Las Playas are just 5 minutes walk.  The popular sweeping Los Pocillos beach alongside the San Antonio Hotel is also close by.  Although close to the front, the villa is conveniently situated for access to the countryside.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is detached and set in its own garden with private swimming pool.  The accommodation is well-appointed being to ground and first floor and comprises:  on the first floor, good size lounge/diner comfortably furnished with three piece suite, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, video and DVD player.  A breakfast bar separates the modern fitted kitchen which includes electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave/combi-oven, a number of appliances and all utensils for self-catering.  There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Doors lead from the lounge out to a large south-facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool with patio table and chairs and a built-in barbecue.  From here there are good sea views and there is also a second smaller balcony to the front with inland views.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes etc.  Two bedrooms have twin beds and the main bedroom has a double.  There is a family bathroom with full suite.  A utility room downstairs houses a washing machine.  For security and peace of mind the villa is equipped with a safe.

OUTSIDE
The entrance hall and door lead out to a fine sun terrace with patio furniture.  The terrace surrounds an inviting 8 x 4-metre power heated swimming pool with ample sunbathing area and sun loungers.  An outside shower completes the poolside facilities.  To the front of the house there is the added advantage of off-road parking.  Water's Reach is among the very few villas which have the advantage of a private swimming pool whilst being within easy walking distance of the beach.  The villa makes an ideal family holiday and will appeal to those seeking quality accommodation where car hire is unnecessary.
