SITUATION
Villa Tomas is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area where some of the finest villas may be found.  Puerto del Carmen and the old harbour are a two minute drive or ten minute walk.

The location is ideal for access to the main resort or countryside for touring the Island.

The large fully fitted kitchen is superbly appointed with ample storage units and marble worktops, and includes built-in cooker and hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher all in stainless steel. There is also a marble top breakfast table and chairs.  A utility room, with large drying area houses the washing machine.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors from the lounge lead out to a spacious sun terrace with balustrade wall surround.  There is an attractive heated swimming pool with sunbathing area and cushioned sun loungers.

Patio table and chairs, partly shaded by a pergola, make an ideal setting for al-fresco dining by the pool.  A poolside barbecue completes the outside facilities.  The services to the villa include: daily change of towels and twice weekly linen change and maid service.  A welcome basket awaits guests on arrival.

Villa Tomas is a well-appointed property, ideal for families seeking modern quality accommodation away from but within very easy reach of the main resort.  For added convenience a hire car is included with the villa.
