A superb detached villa set in its own mature gardens with a good size private heated swimming pool and located in the much sought-after area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest individual villas may be found. The villa El Tinajo is situated in a quiet residential area where you can relax in peaceful secluded surroundings while still being within 10 minutes walk of the main resort.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa has been completely refurbished in 2005 and the owner has taken great care to ensure the highest standards in quality and comfort prevail.  An entrance door leads into a quaint little courtyard beyond which the front door opens into a large hall.  The accommodation is spacious and comprises: Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables etc.  The master bedroom has a double bed  and   a   luxury  bathroom

en-suite with walk-in shower.  There is a second separate family bathroom with full suite.  The lounge dining room is comfortably furnished with three-piece suite, dining table and chairs, TV, video/DVD and hi-fi unit.  The superbly refitted modern kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing-machine, and a host of appliances and utensils for self-catering.

For guests' peace of mind and security the villa is equipped with an entry phone, safe and alarm.

OUTSIDE
Large patio doors lead out from the lounge and dining area to a south facing sun terrace shaded by a pergola and bordered by raised tropical flower beds. The most striking feature of the villa is the lovely mature gardens surrounding the terraces and overlooking the beautiful kidney-shaped heated swimming pool. Patio furniture and sun loungers help to make this the ideal place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. For al-fresco dining there is a barbecue area with built-in table and seating. An outside shower completes the poolside facilities.  The garden and villa enjoy mature shrub and walled boundaries, which provide privacy and shelter to the sunbathing areas.  There are fine sea views from the upstairs balcony.

El Tinajo is a lovely house in a prime location, suitable for families or two couples seeking above-average accommodation in a select area close to the main resort. Car hire is considerably beneficial and is therefore included with the villa
