Possibly one of the finest villas in Puerto del Carmen, this prestigious 5 bedroom property, all with en-suite facilities is set in its own grounds with a magnificent private heated swimming pool in the exclusive area of Los Mojones.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest individual villas may be found.  Los Techos occupies a prime  location  within a

few minutes drive or a ten minute walk of the old harbour town with its superb fish restaurants and local bars. The villa is conveniently placed for the main resort, countryside and touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is extremely spacious on several levels and great care has been taken to ensure that the highest standards prevail. There are 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor, with a king-size bed and French doors which open onto a breakfast terrace overlooking the pool. Attached is a huge dressing room with a range of fitted units, and a superb luxury bathroom with full suite, walk-in shower and twin vanity basins.

On the ground floor, bedroom two is a very large twin-bedded room with dressing room, en-suite bathroom and French doors that open onto the rear terrace. Bedroom three has a king-size double bed, en-suite shower room and patio to the rear terrace. Bedroom 4 is twin-bedded with en-suite shower room and French doors to the pool terrace. Bedroom 5 is separate from the main house, overlooking the pool and furnished with twin beds and complete with en-suite shower room.

There are two living rooms, the main lounge is a beautiful room on the first floor with feature gallery and unique Canarian vaulted ceiling.

It is furnished with a three-piece suite, TV with Satellite including subscription channels and a DVD player. On the lower level is a day lounge comfortably furnished with leather sofas, TV and DVD. French doors open onto the terrace.

The modern fully-fitted kitchen has hi-gloss white units and granite work tops with a complementary central island.  Fully equipped for self-catering including double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, two dishwashers, two fridge-freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer.  From the kitchen a door leads to a breakfast terrace overlooking the pool.

A beautiful dining area, complete with table and seating for 10 persons, has French doors, which open onto the terrace. For guests' security and peace of mind there is a digital safe.

OUTSIDE
Externally the villa is completely private and unoverlooked with a magnificent 11-metre power heated swimming pool. Spacious sunbathing areas at poolside include sun-loungers and patio furniture. The area is enhanced by further raised verandas to either side of the pool, shaded by pergolas and furnished

appropriately. Here there is a covered games area, family size American hot tub jacuzzi, built-in barbecue and bar (unfortunately unstocked!). There are several external eating and dining areas throughout.

Los Techos can be described as an artistic creation in quality and taste, ideal for those who want beautiful surroundings and the best in holiday accommodation. Due to the location car hire is recommended and therefore included with the holiday.
