Three bedroom villa with private solar heated swimming pool and satellite TV

A spacious semi- detached villa standing in an elevated position on the outskirts of the quaint old village of Guime.

SITUATION
The typical Canarian village of Guime is still unspoilt and undeveloped commercially, and offers a relaxing atmosphere away from but within easy reach of the major resorts.

The capital, Arrecife and the airport are around a 10 minute drive, as is the main resort of Puerto del Carmen.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa has been furnished in its own individual style, offering maximum privacy with good sized walls either side of the swimming pool and terrace.

Casa Soraya is an older style villa and the furnishings have been chosen to blend in with the solid wood doors and Spanish style fittings.  There are three spacious bedrooms, one with double bed and two with twins, all with wardrobes and drawers.  Two bathrooms in luxury ceramics, both with full suite, can be used either as en-suite to two of the bedrooms or shared.

The kitchen is fully fitted with modern electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Double sink unit in marble style worktop, ample storage units and all utensils for self-catering.

The large lounge is very comfortably furnished with sofa and armchairs, etc.  Dining area with table and chairs for six persons.  Limited satellite television and video with mini video library, plus DVD and CD player.  French doors lead out to a sun terrace with an attractive open conservatory suitable for "covered" al-fresco dining.

OUTSIDE
The open conservatory leads out to a south-facing sun terrace with spectacular views of the coastline and sea.  The terrace overlooks the good-size, solar heated swimming pool which is sheltered by the boundary walls either side offering maximum privacy.  A pergola offers some shade for al-fresco dining.  Patio furniture, sun loungers and barbeque complete the poolside facilities.

Casa Soraya will appeal to those seeking quality accommodation outside of the busy resorts.  Car hire is essential in Guime and is therefore included with the holiday.
