A first-class single storey villa with private heated swimming pool, located on the sought-after estate of Cuidad Jardin in the old town of Tias.

SITUATION
Cuidad Jardin is a development of quality detached villas set in an elevated position on the outskirts of the quaint old town of Tias.  Tias is a small but growing town of great   character,

with numerous shops, local bars and some very good restaurants all within walking distance of Casa del Sophie.  The main resort of Puerto del Carmen lies approximately 3 kilometres away.  The airport is a 10 minute drive, and the capital Arrecife is 20 minutes.  There is a very good road network around Tias, making it an ideal base from which to tour the island.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is to a high standard with good quality furnishings throughout.  There are two bedrooms.  The main bedroom has king-size double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.  The main bathroom is to luxury standard and has full suite including twin hand basins in marble vanity unit.  The second bathroom also has full suite.  The spacious lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with sofas, dining table and chairs, sideboard unit, satellite TV and DVD.  The modern kitchen is and fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave fridge freezer and all utensils for self-catering.  There is a utility drying area off the kitchen.

OUTSIDE
French doors lead from the lounge onto a good size south facing sun terrace partly shaded by a pergola with patio table and chairs. The terrace surrounds an inviting 8 x 3-metre heated swimming pool with ample sunbathing area and sun loungers. A barbecue and parasol complete the poolside facilities.

Casa del Sophie will suit those seeking a high standard of accommodation in a quieter position away from but within easy reach of the main resort.  For added convenience car hire is included with the holiday.
