The estate comprises low level bungalows all with individual south-facing sun terraces and their own gardens.

SITUATION
The estate lies just opposite the harbour on the outskirts of the old village of Playa Blanca.

The village beach is around 10 minutes walk as is the Flamingo beach. The famous Papagayo beaches can be reached, driving very carefully over unmade roads, in around 10 minutes. A shopping centre is literally a couple of minutes walk away, while a number of excellent restaurants and bars are also close to hand. The Lanzarote Princess and Lanzarote Park Hotels are within easy reach.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious lounge fully furnished with 3 piece suite etc., patio doors to sun terrace.

Kitchen fully fitted and equipped for self catering. 1 double bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bedroom is single for children only. Bathroom with bath/shower and full suite.

OUTSIDE
South facing sun terrace with patio furniture and small garden. The main feature is a very good size heated swimming pool set amongst the tropical gardens with ample sunbathing terrace surrounding and the additional facility of a separate childrens pool for the very young.Tennis courts are on site for the energetic.

Casas del Sol is a very well established and well-run complex and is an ideal base for clients to enjoy the whole of Playa Blanca.
