PUERTO DEL CARMEN

A quality 2 bedroom villa with private heated

Completed in early 2003, Casa Silvia is ideally situated in a sought after central location of Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
On the outskirts of central Puerto del Carmen, the villa is located close to the resort centre but with very easy access to the countryside.  The old harbour and the main seafront are a few minutes drive or a ten minute walk away.  Car hire may be beneficial but is not essential.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is single-storey and appointed to a high standard with quality furnishing throughout.  The accommodation comprises:  Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes etc. The master bedroom has a double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with full suite.  Bedroom two has twin beds.   There is a separate second bathroom with walk-in shower.  The lounge diner has two sofas, dining table and chairs, wall unit, breakfast bar to kitchen, satellite digital TV, and DVD player.  For guests' added security and peace of mind there is a safe.

The modern fully fitted kitchen is well appointed with storage units and marble worktops and includes built-in cooker and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee maker and all utensils for self-catering.  There is also a breakfast bar and stools.  A utility room with drying area houses the washing machine.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors from the lounge lead out to a spacious split-level terrace commanding lovely views of the sea and mountains. The upper terrace has a patio table and cushioned chairs shaded by a pergola and overlooks the pool area, making an ideal setting for al fresco dining.

Steps lead down to the lower terrace where the attractive 6 x 3 metre power heated swimming pool with Roman style entry invites you to step in for a refreshing dip.   Ample sunbathing terrace with sun loungers surrounds the pool.    A Canarian barbecue and outside shower complete the poolside facilities  The services to the villa include weekly maid service and and towel change twice a week.

SEAHELENA - Our additional villa, new for 2007, is almost identical to Casa Silvia and is located a few villas away.  The two villas are ideal for larger parties or for two families wishing to holiday together.
