A first-class detached villa with private heated swimming pool set in attractive established gardens, located in the prestigious Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is a sought-after area of Puerto del Carmen mainly consisting of quality individual privately owned villas. La Retreat is situated in a quiet residential area where you can relax in pleasant surroundings within a few minutes drive of  the  main  resort.   The

old harbour town is a two minute drive or 10 minute walk and access to the countryside can be made with ease. The situation offers an ideal base from which to explore the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is single storey and set in its own walled garden.  The accommodation is spacious and furnished in a bright modern fashion.  There are three bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.  The main bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom.  The other bedrooms share a separate shower room.  There is a further cloakroom with WC and wash basin.  The lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished with modern sofas and units together with dining table

and chairs, TV, video and music unit.  The in-house TV entertainment is unique insofar as the villa is one of the island's first with a satellite system capable of receiving BBC and ITV channels.

The modern well-equipped kitchen has electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a host of appliances and utensils for self-catering. There is a washing machine for added convenience. For guests' security and peace of mind the villa is equipped with an alarm and safe.

OUTSIDE
French doors lead out from the lounge onto a south-facing sun terrace partly sheltered by covered pergolas. The spacious terrace is interspersed with tropical plantations and overlooks the inviting 9 x 4 metre heated swimming pool. Here you may relax on comfortable patio furniture or laze in the sun on the cushioned sun loungers. For extra privacy there is an additional secluded sun terrace adjacent to the villa. A barbecue and outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

La Retreat is a well-appointed villa suitable for families or parties seeking modern accommodation in a prime location close to the main resort.  Car hire is considerably beneficial in Los Mojones and is therefore included with the villa.
