A delightful 2 bedroom linked villa with private
swimming pool - beachfront location

This delightful 2 bedroom villa is situated just off the southern edge of a wide sweep of golden sand beach.
SITUATION
On the outskirts of Corralejo and the "Parque Naturel de Las Dunas", the development of only 8 villas is an ideal location being close to, but unaffected by, the main resort of Corralejo.  The beach is a few metres from the terrace and the town is a short drive.  A bar and supermarket are a few minutes walk away, with a selection of others within a short distance.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is quite spacious and appointed to a good standard and comprises: Two bedrooms which are to the first floor.  The main bedroom has a double bed and commands beautiful sea views.  The second bedroom has twin beds and is to the rear of the villa.  There is a family bathroom with full suite to the first floor and a further bathroom on the ground floor.

The separate fully-fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge-freezer etc. and ample storage units and utensils for self-catering.

The good size open-plan lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with three piece suite and dining table and chairs etc.  There is additional sleeping for an extra person in the lounge.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors open onto a spacious sun terrace, shaded by a tiled pergola, with patio table and chairs.  The ideal spot to enjoy al-fresco dining whilst admiring the superb view of the beach, sea and Islands of Lobos and Lanzarote.  The terrace surrounds a delightful swimming pool with ample sunbathing area and sun loungers.  A built-in barbecue completes the poolside facilities.

It is possible to access the beach directly from the villa without crossing the road.

Los Remos is ideal for families or couples seeking a holiday in a unique location away from, but within easy reach of, the facilities of the main resort of Corralejo.  Due to the location, car hire is considered necessary at Los Remos and is therefore included with the holiday.
