A prestigious three bedroom villa set in its own spacious grounds with large heated* swimming pool and boasting numerous facilities for the added comfort and enjoyment of its clientele.

SITUATION
The Villa is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest  houses  and

villas may be found.  The old harbour town is a two minute drive or ten minute walk. The location is ideal for access to the main resort or countryside for touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is very spacious and appointed to a high standard with quality furniture and fittings throughout and comprises: Three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded. Each bedroom enjoys the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with storage units and all utensils for self catering and includes: microwave, hob and oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.  A large adjoining utility room contains a washing machine and drying area. You can choose to dine casually in the kitchen or in the elegantly furnished dining room.

The spacious lounge with feature fireplace is well-appointed with luxury sofas, satellite TV with smart card, video player and selection of videos and CD/cassette music system. There is also a mini library for readers.

OUTSIDE
Various double doors lead out to the spacious sun terrace which is surrounded by attractive tropical shrub borders. The star attraction is the magnificent 9 metre heated* swimming pool.  The poolside terrace includes patio table   and  chairs  for   al-fresco   dining,

comfortable cushioned sun-beds, relaxa-chairs, patio occasional tables and giant parasol to shield the midday sun. There is a poolside bar (unfortunately unstocked) with bar stools and equipped with outside refrigerator for your ice-cold drinks by the pool.  For a feeling of well-being, just try the 19 jet American hot-spring spa jacuzzi which forms the ideal recreational alternative after swimming and sun-bathing.  A barbecue completes the outside facilities.

To the front there is off-road parking under the carport which is gated and fenced off, thus offering a more child-friendly aspect.  Also for peace of mind the villa is equipped with a security alarm and safe.

Paradise Found is a substantial quality villa ideal for those who require high standards in accommodation and facilities. For added convenience a car is included with the villa holiday.
