SITUATION
The exclusive development of single storey villas at Los Colorados enjoys a previously unattainable location on the coastal road between Playa Blanca and the Papagayo beaches. The beaches begin at the Punta     del     Aguila

where the Castillo de los Colorados stands, with the beautiful golden beach of Playa Mujeres just a few minutes drive or 10 minute walk away. Playa Blanca is around a 5 minute drive with a number of hotels and centres on the way.  This prime location will eventually include a 5 star hotel, yacht marina, private beach and golf course.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is detached and tastefully furnished in a modern style. The accommodation comprises: Master bedroom with king size double bed, double and single wardrobes and en-suite WC with wash basin. Patio doors open to the terrace in the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a fully fitted family bathroom with full suite. The kitchen is modern with granite worktops and includes electric hob and oven, fridge and separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher and wide range of appliances and utensils for self-catering. A four place breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchen from the lounge where there are easy chairs, digital satellite TV and radio CD/cassette player.

OUTSIDE
The villa has the benefit of its own car parking space and is approached down 5 steps to terrace level. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to an attractive garden and south facing sun terrace designed to give privacy and maximise the view of the sea. The spacious terrace is interspersed with tropical plantations and surrounds the inviting 6 metre swimming pool which has the benefit of solar heating. For sun worshippers there is a raised sun terrace with a variable sun awning to shield the mid day sun. A shaded terrace with patio table and chairs make an ideal spot for dining al-fresco from the barbecue.

Casa Papagayo is a well-appointed property ideal for couples and small families who prefer to be away from but within easy reach of this sought after resort. Car hire is essential at Los Colorados and is therefore included with the holiday.
