A beautifully appointed luxury detached villa in a prime location just a few minutes stroll from all the amenities of the main resort. Set in its own secluded garden with power heated swimming pool the villa boasts many extra facilities for the added comfort of guests.

SITUATION
The villa is situated on a quiet private estate just a three minutes walk from the Avenida de las Playas in the region  of   the  San  Antonio

Hotel.  The spectacular sweeping bay of Los Pocillos with it’s wide sandy beach is a few minutes walk as are the numerous shops, bars and restaurants in this area. The location offers easy access to the countryside making it ideal for touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is spacious and appointed to a luxury standard. The owners have taken great care to ensure the highest standard of accommodation prevails. There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom twins. Each have built-in wardrobes, dressing table etc. Two luxury bathrooms both have bath and shower etc. The main bathroom has twin basins set in a marble vanity unit. Lounge and dining area is very tastefully furnished with dining suite, sofas, dresser and TV unit. Here you can relax with the best of in-house entertainment including digital satellite TV, video, DVD player and radio/cassette/CD unit.

It’s a pleasure to prepare your meals in the modern fully fitted kitchen, which includes; ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. For additional home convenience there is a host of extra appliances eg; coffee maker, teasmade, blender, juice machine etc. A door leads to a utility drying area where there is a washing machine.  The villa has the benefit of a pay telephone and for maximum security there is a safe and alarm system

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a spacious elevated sun terrace with attractive balustrade surround and partly shaded by a pergola. Patio furniture including table and chairs, easy chairs and rocking chair add to the enjoyment of dining al-fresco from the built in barbecue. The sun terrace overlooks a beautiful 9 x 4 metre, heated swimming pool with inset jacuzzi. Steps lead down to the poolside, which is sheltered and forms an ideal spot for sun worshippers. The lava stone walls surrounding the pool and terraces ensure maximum privacy for bathing. Sunloungers complete the poolside facilities.

Recreational facilities available at the villa include; American billiards, table football and dart board. For those feeling particularly energetic there is an exercise bike.

The friendly managers who care for the villa include a complimentary welcome basket, flowers, daily maid service and towel change six days per week and linen change twice per week.
