Luxury 3 bedroom villa with heated private swimming pool, jacuzzi, satellite TV

A superb detached villa situated in the sought after location of the prestigious Los Mojones area, and which boasts many extra facilities for the comfort and enjoyment of the guests.

SITUATION
Ocean Drive is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest villas may be

found.  Puerto del Carmen and the old harbour town are only a two minute drive or 15 minute walk away. 

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished with quality fixtures and fittings.  The details are as follows: three bedrooms: one with double bed and two twins, all with fitted wardrobes etc.  Two bathrooms: one full en-suite to the main bedroom and the second full bathroom services bedrooms 2 and 3.

The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are comfortably furnished  with sofas and easy chairs, TV, and DVD music centre with radio.  The satellite TV receives ITV1 and 2,  BBC 1 and 2 and Channels 4 and 5..

The dining area has a six place table and chairs, with patio doors leading to the terrace.

The fully-fitted kitchen includes electric oven and hob, microwave, freezer, dishwasher and a host of appliances and utensils for self-catering.  There is a washing machine and drying area.

For guests’ security and peace of mind the villa has a safe and a burglar alarm system.

OUTSIDE
Outside there is spacious sun terracing with al-fresco patio shaded by a pergola with table and chairs.  A sunbathing terrace with cushioned sun-loungers surrounds the inviting 7 x 4 metre heated swimming pool with roman steps.  For alternative relaxation there is an American hot spring spa jacuzzi.

From the terrace there are views of the sea and mountains.  A barbecue completes the outside facilities.

Maid service is twice weekly and towel change six times per week.
