Completed in 2000, Villa Ventura is a small estate of well appointed quality villas with private swimming pools located in a prime position close to all the amenities of Costa Teguise.

SITUATION
The Costa Teguise lies on the east coast of Lanzarote just north of the capital Arrecife. It nows forms a major resort on the Island and boasts some of the most luxurious complexes and hotels. There are many facilities in the surrounding area including the golf course

and water park which are a few minutes drive from the centre.  Villa Montana is located just a few minutes walk from the many shops, bars and restaurants and a ten minute stroll from the lovely sandy beach of Las Cucharas.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is spacious and furnished to a high standard with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. The accommodation comprises: three bedrooms, the master bedroom has double bed, large fitted wardrobes and luxury en-suite bathroom with full suite. The other two bedrooms are twins and share a shower room with WC.

Entrance into the villa is via the French doors, which lead to the comfortably furnished lounge/diner with sofas and occasional furniture, satellite digital TV, video and hi-fi unit.

The dining area has a six place dining table and chairs and matching dresser unit. A separate, well-equipped kitchen is fully fitted with bright modern units and work tops and includes electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and full complement of utensils for self catering. For guests' security there is a safe.

OUTSIDE
French doors lead out to a good size sun terrace with patio table and chairs, partly shaded by a pergola. There is a fine 6 metre, power heated swimming pool, sheltered by good size walls which add to the privacy for sunbathing etc. Sun loungers and built in barbecue complete the poolside facilities. To the front there is off road parking by the entrance.
