This unique 2 bedroom, single storey villa with private swimming pool occupies a superb location on the outskirts of the quaint old town of Tias.

SITUATION
Tias is a small town with a great deal of character lying approximately three kilometres from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen. The airport is around a 10 minute drive and the capital Arrecife 20 minutes.

There is a good road network around Tias making it an ideal base from which to tour and enjoy the whole Island. The town centre, where there are several local bars and good restaurants, is within walking distance of the villa.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is attractively set out and appointed in a homely fashion with good quality furnishing throughout. The accommodation comprises: Entrance to hallway where a door leads to a spacious sitting room, comfortably furnished with sofa, armchair and pouffe. Built in cupboard units, coffee table, satellite TV and radio cassette/CD player. An archway leads to a bright dining area with table and chairs and built in seating with large picture window to the swimming pool. The spacious modern kitchen is particularly well equipped with a range of units and includes; gas hob with electric oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, washing machine and all utensils for self-catering. A kitchen table and chairs provide an alternative for breakfast.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with double bed and wardrobes etc. A curtained archway leads to a large dressing room where there is a sofa, which can sleep an extra person.

There is also a window and door to the pool terrace. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC, bidet and sink unit. The second bedroom is small but comfortable with twin beds and wardrobe space, ideal for children or young adults. There is a separate family bathroom with full suite. For guests' security and peace of mind the property is equipped with a safe.

OUTSIDE
French doors lead out from the kitchen to a secluded sun terrace shaded by a pergola and overlooking a large garden area. Here there is a patio table and chairs suitable for breakfast or afternoon tea. A small gate leads to the pool terrace, a very pretty area with an attractive, shaped 7x4 metre swimming pool. There is a further table and chairs on the pool terrace and this can be

shaded by the lovely ornamental flowering tree, making an ideal spot for al-fresco dining and poolside barbecues. Sun loungers and an outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

The villa is cared for by the friendly owner who lives in the villa next door and is on hand should you need assistance. Casa Molina is a lovely house with unique charm and will suit couples and small families seeking a quieter position away from, but within easy reach of, facilities and the main resort. For added convenience a car is included with the holiday.
