Guime is a small village just a few miles to the north of Puerto del Carmen and the Matagorda and Playa Honda areas. Being completely un-developed commercially, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the tourist resorts.
SITUATION
This superb house is situated to the south of the village in an elevated position having beautiful views over the coast to the south of Arrecife. There is a local supermarket close by for everyday provisions.

The resort of Playa Honda with its beach and excellent fish restaurants is only a few minutes drive away whilst Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen are each around 10 minutes away.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is to a high standard and all rooms are extremely spacious, comprising: 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, master bedroom has double bed with luxury en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to upper terrace with beautiful views. The second bedroom has twin beds.  The main lounge is an impressive size with patio doors to terrace with further views. Feature lava stone fireplace, comfortable sofas with sideboard unit and occasional tables.

Separate kitchen diner, fully fitted and very well equipped for self catering including full cooker and fridge freezer. Second bathroom in luxury ceramics has shower, WC and wash basin.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from lounge out to upper terrace which overlooks the fine swimming pool (approximately 8 mtrs) and surrounding sun terrace with sunbeds and patio furniture.
There are superb views from the terraces. Beyond the pool there is a walled garden. The whole area is completely unoverlooked and offers maximum privacy.
Villa Miramar will appeal to families seeking a peaceful holiday in quality surroundings away from the bustle of the tourist centres.

The property is cared for by friendly management who arrange maid service and changes of linen.

A car is considered essential in Guime, car hire is therefore included with the villa and will be at the disposal of the clients at the airport.

Footnote:  To the rear of this villa is a completely self-contained annex which is very often occupied.  Villa accommodation and privacy are not affected.
