This superb individual three bedroom villa with private swimming pool is situated in an elevated position commanding panoramic views of the countryside, mountains and distant sea.

SITUATION
The hamlet of Oasis de Nazaret nestles in the foothills just south of the old capital Teguise.  Arrecife is just a 10 minute drive as is the Costa Teguise and golf course while the spectacular Playa de Famara is around 15 minutes away.

There are two good restaurants in the village and several within a 5 minute drive.  There is also a supermarket for everyday needs.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is extremely spacious and comprises three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with double bed and two twin bedded. Two bathrooms, one with bath and full suite, and the second is a shower room.

Spacious and tastefully furnished sitting room with attractive alcove seating, two sofas and two armchairs.  There is a satellite TV with Sky, a DVD and CD player together with radio cassette, video and a mini-library of films and CD's.  The dining area has a six-seater dining suite.

An archway leads to separate fully equipped kitchen with full gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and all utensils for self-catering.  A door leads to an outside drying area.  All bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen windows look out to the front pool area, with beautiful views.

OUTSIDE
The garden is well established with tropical shrubs and flowers. Patio doors from the sitting room lead out to a secluded terrace with built-in table and seating for “al-fresco” dining.  A further terrace for sunbathing also has a large barbecue.

A gateway and steps lead down to the very attractive shaped swimming pool surrounded by tiled sunbathing area with sunbeds, poolside shower and outside lighting.

Due to its location, a car is considered essential at Casa Mimi.  Car hire is therefore included with the villa and will be at the disposal of clients at the airport.
