A beautiful 4 bedroom luxury detached villa set in its own grounds with a private heated swimming pool and located in the sought after Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest individual villas may be found. Casa Maya occupies a prime position in this fairly quiet residential area. The main resort is a  two  minute

drive and is within easy reach on foot. Los Mojones forms an ideal base from which to tour and enjoy the whole Island...

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is extremely spacious with quality furniture and fittings throughout. Built to a traditional Spanish design with exposed beams, the owners have combined antique décor with modern furniture for maximum comfort. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with three piece suite and occasional furniture. There is a feature lava stone fireplace and a magnificent minstrel gallery approached by spiral staircase. For in house entertainment there is Sky Digital TV, CD and cassette player. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes, separate gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There are ample fitted storage units and a host of appliances for self-catering. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

There are 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom is also a double and there are two twin bedrooms. All have fitted wardrobes etc. The main bathroom is a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and full suite. There is a third shower room.

OUTSIDE
Several doors lead from the house out to the spacious terraces and garden. There are two pergola covered terraces with patio furniture where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco. A further terrace has a built in barbecue and seating area.

The beautiful tropical garden is large with extensive tiled paths and patios bordered by white balustrade walls. The sunbathing terrace surrounds an inviting 20ft x 10ft heated swimming pool and separate children’s pool.

A poolside shower, giant parasol and sun loungers complete the poolside facilities.

Casa Maya is a substantial and well appointed property ideal for families seeking superior accommodation away from but within very easy reach of the main resort. For added convenience a hire car is included with the villa.
