PUERTO DEL CARMEN

We are pleased to be able to offer the following property in the heart of the resort

Probably one of the most well established complexes in Puerto del Carmen.  Being in a very central position close to the "old town" and within a few minutes of the front and main beach of this popular resort.

Accommodation comprises: one double bedroom with double or twins and fitted wardrobes. Attractive bathroom with full suite. Well equipped kitchen with storage units, full cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Breakfast bar. Lounge is comfortably furnished with two 3 seater sofas, one of which converts to a bed for extra sleeping. There is also a TV/video and radio cassette. Patio doors open onto a sunny terrace with patio furniture and built in seat.

The bungalow is situated between the Maravista complex where there is a medium size swimming pool and Los Marinos (pictured) which has a larger pool and is heated in the winter. Clients can choose either pool.
