SITUATION
The complex of Las Margaritas is situated on the outskirts of Corralejo around 15 minutes walk from the town centre.  The popular Galera beach is within 5 minutes walk, and the Las Dunas beaches of the National Park are around 2 kms.  Various shops, bars and restaurants are nearby.

ACCOMMODATION
The development is in the form of terraced houses built on two levels.  The accommodation is comfortably furnished to a good standard and comprises :
Two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes.  The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds and balcony.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and ample appliances and utensils for self-catering.

The good-size lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair, wall unit, TV unit with satellite TV, DVD and CD hi-fi system, and four-place dining table and chairs.  For guests' security and peace of mind there is a safe installed.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead out to a south-facing sun terrace with patio furniture and shaded by a pergola.  The sun terrace surrounds an inviting 6x4 metre swimming pool (heated in winter) with ample sunbathing area and sun loungers.  A barbecue and outside shower complete the poolside facilities.  For added convenience, the villas have allocated parking spaces.
