Superior four bedroom detached villa set in its own grounds with private heated swimming pool and located in the sought after Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest individual villas may be found.

Villa Marcos is situated in a quiet residential area where you can relax in peaceful, secluded surroundings whilst being within a few minutes of the main resort.

ACCOMMODATION
The creative design of the villa is unique and offers accommodation to an above average standard on two levels. To the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all with twin beds, one of which has its own private patio facing the pool. A large lounge, comfortably furnished with three piece suite and easy chairs etc.  Also there is a TV/video, radio, and a PlayStation 2.

Separate dining area with eight place dining table and chairs.  The kitchen is well equipped including fridge-freezer, all-electric cooker, and dishwasher.

A bathroom with full suite is on the ground floor, together with a second shower room with WC.    The upper level (first floor) comprises a large master bedroom with TWO double beds in case it gets too hot. En-suite bathroom with full suite. French doors lead out from the bedroom onto a breakfast balcony overlooking the pool.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a raised sun terrace partly shaded by a pergola.  Adjacent is a built in barbecue and patio for al-fresco dining.  Steps lead down to the pool area which is attractively decked with astro-turf surrounding the beautiful 10 metre heated swimming pool.  The extensive tropical gardens are well secluded with ample sun beds and patio furniture which completes the outside facilities.

Villa Marcos is a substantial house suitable for parties of 4-8 persons seeking quality accommodation in a select area close to the main resort.  For convenience car hire is automatically included with the holiday but is by no means essential and is therefore optional.
