This stylish 3 bedroom villa lies in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from the village of Conil.  The location offers an opportunity to sample the relaxed atmosphere of a typical Canarian village whilst being within easy reach of the larger towns and resorts of the island.

SITUATION
Situated in the hillside village of Conil, just 7 kms from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the same from the airport.  Being completely undeveloped commercially, Conil offers a relaxing atmosphere where time seems  to  stand still.   There is

an excellent supermarket, public telephone, local bar and a traditional restaurant all within a few minutes walk.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is spacious and furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings throughout.  The accommodation comprises: three bedrooms - the master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and luxury en-suite shower room.  French doors lead from the master room to the side garden.  The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and door to the back garden. The third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and door to the back garden.  The second bathroom has a full suite and is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

The entrance lobby has a large table and seating for eight, with glass panels and French doors that open onto the side garden - ideal for breakfast. The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished with a corner seating area and occasional furniture, satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area is bright and airy with table and seating for eight. The well-equipped kitchen is fully fitted and includes electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and full complement of utensils for self-catering.  There is a separate Solana, which has a washing machine.
OUTSIDE
French doors lead from the lounge out to the front terrace with patio table and chairs, partly shaded by a pergola, making an ideal setting for al-fresco dining by the pool. The terrace and garden area surrounds a good-sized power-heated swimming pool with ample sunbathing area. Sun loungers and built-in barbecue complete the poolside facilities.

Casa Luna is a modern family villa ideal for those who prefer rural surroundings and a village atmosphere. Due to the location a car is considered essential, therefore car hire is included with the holiday.
