PUERTO DEL CARMEN

Completed in early 2003, Lazydaze is ideally situated in a sought-after, elevated, location of Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
On the outskirts of central Puerto del Carmen, the villa is located close to the ring-road network, enabling easy access to the countryside or main resort. The old harbour and the main seafront are a few minutes drive or a ten minute walk away.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is single storey with spacious surroundings and is appointed to a very high standard with quality furnishing throughout. The accommodation comprises: three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes etc. The master bedroom  has  a  double  bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with full bath and separate shower cubicle. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds and share a luxury family bathroom with full suite.  The spacious lounge diner has leather sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite digital TV with full package viewing card, CD player and a mini-library of books and videos.

The extremely large fully fitted kitchen is superbly appointed with storage units and marble worktops and includes built-in cooker and hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker and iron are included. There is also a marble breakfast bar and stalls.
A utility room with large drying area houses the washing machine.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors from the lounge and kitchen lead out to a spacious split-level terrace commanding breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The upper terrace has patio table and cushioned chairs shaded by a pergola and overlooks the pool area, making an ideal setting for al fresco dining.

Steps lead down to the lower terrace where the attractive 8x4 metre power-heated swimming pool with Roman style entry invites you to step in for a refreshing dip. An ample sunbathing terrace with cushioned sun  loungers  surrounds  the  pool.  Those

exhausted by sunbathing and swimming can relax in the 15 jet American hot spring spa jacuzzi.
A large Canarian barbecue and outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

The services to the villa include 6-day towel change, twice weekly linen change and maid service.
A welcome basket awaits guests on arrival. Although not entirely essential, car hire is considerably beneficial and for convenience is therefore included in the holiday.
