SITUATION
This attractive villa is ideally located in central Puerto Del Carmen within a few minutes walk of the main beach and the Avenida de las Playas where there is an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Situated in a quiet minor road in a well-established area, La Lavande

offers the unusual advantage of a villa with private swimming pool in such close proximity to the beautiful beach of this main resort.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is a detached bungalow set in its own walled garden with high gates to the roadway. The owners have furnished it in a modern Spanish mode and have taken care to ensure that a high standard of accommodation prevails throughout the villa.  There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a feature wrought-iron four poster with all matching furniture, while the second bedroom has twin beds in similar style, and both have fitted wardrobes.

Two separate bathrooms, with the main bathroom having a full suite, and the second having a three-quarter bath and shower over, WC and basin.

The spacious lounge diner is attractively furnished with a corner sofa, dining table and chairs, digital satellite TV, video and CD Music unit. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a number of appliances for extra home convenience. For maximum security the villa also has a safe and alarm system.

OUTSIDE
High walls surround the outside terraces where there are ornamental statues and a fountain by the fine 6 metre heated swimming pool. The barbecue terrace with table and chairs, is sheltered by high walls to form a courtyard ideal for dining al-fresco. Comfortable sun loungers, a jacuzzi, and an outside shower complete the poolside facilities.  Recreational facilities available at the villa include a dartboard, putting game and video games.

The friendly managers who care for the villa include a complimentary welcome basket, towel change four times a week, linen change twice a week. Bathrobes and towels for sun loungers are also supplied.

La Lavande is an above average villa in a well-established location and will appeal to couples or families seeking quality accommodation without the need for car hire.
