1 bedroom villa annex for 2 persons.
Private swimming pool, large exotic garden

This lovely villa annex has been purposely converted to accommodate couples requiring private facilities.

SITUATION
Just a few kilometres from Puerto del Carmen, the hamlet of Macher provides an ideal base to enjoy everything which Lanzarote has to offer.

Being just a few minutes drive from the main resort, Macher offers a rural location within easy reach of all amenities.

Las Lapas is a character house of traditional style situated in a quiet cul de sac. There is a local shop, petrol station and restaurant in the village.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa annex is a completely self contained unit occupying the rear of the house and overlooking the beautiful garden and pool. The accommodation is of open plan design, and is very cosy for twosomes. There is a bedroom area with double bed and fitted wardrobe. Comfortably furnished lounge diner with sofa bed, easy chair, dining table and TV/video.
The kitchenette is well equipped with full cooker and fridge, built in units and all utensils for self catering. Bathroom with shower and WC (no bath).

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a spacious and sheltered sun terrace with patio table and chairs. Well established tropical borders and exotic plants make this an ideal area for al-fresco dining or just relaxing with a cool drink in the heat of the day.

A few steps lead up to a very spacious garden and terrace with a good size swimming pool. The surrounding high walls form a sun trap to the garden and pool.  Sunloungers complete the poolside furniture.

The annex is totally self contained with its own entrance door and car parking space and the much larger than average garden and pool is reserved solely for the exclusive use of clients. The friendly owners who live in the main house, manage and care for the property and are unobtrusively on hand should you need them.

Due to the location of Las Lapas, a car is considered essential, and car hire is therefore included with the holiday.
