Completed in 2000, the Villa Ventura development consists of a small estate of quality villas with private swimming pools situated in a prime position close to all the amenities of Costa Teguise.

SITUATION
The Costa Teguise lies on the east coast of Lanzarote just north of the capital Arrecife. It nows forms a major resort on the Island and boasts some of the most luxurious complexes and hotels. There are many facilities in the surrounding area including the golf course and water park which are a few minutes

drive from the centre. Casa Kiosmul is located just a few minutes walk from the many shops, bars and restaurants and a ten minute stroll from the lovely sandy beach of Las Cucharas.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is spacious and furnished to a high standard with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. The accommodation comprises: three bedrooms, the master bedroom has double bed, large fitted wardrobes and luxury en-suite bathroom with full suite. The other two bedrooms are twins, and share a shower room with WC.

An entrance hall leads to the comfortably furnished split level lounge and dining room where there are comfortable sofas, six place dining suite, satellite digital TV, video and Hi Fi unit. The separate, well- equipped kitchen is fully fitted with bright modern units and work tops and includes ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher and full compliment of utensils for self catering. In the utility area there is a washing machine.

OUTSIDE
The villa is approached via a private road serving the estate only and there is a parking space at the entrance. To the rear French doors lead out to a good size sun terrace with patio table and chairs partly shaded by a pergola. There is a fine 6 metre power heated swimming pool, sheltered by high walls which add to the privacy for sunbathing etc. Sun loungers and built in barbecue complete the poolside facilities.
