This delightful four bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool forms an ideal retreat in the unspoilt village of Guime.

SITUATION
Situated in a central location in the typical Canarian hillside village of Guime, which lies just a short drive from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen.

The village is undeveloped commercially and local life in the community is much as it was before the age of tourism.

There is a supermarket for everyday needs, local bar and a restaurant.  The Airport is around a ten minute drive as are the resorts of Playa Honda and Matagorda.  Guime forms an ideal base from which to tour and enjoy the whole Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is appointed to a high standard and all rooms are spacious.  There are four good-size bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room.  The second bedroom is also a double with king-size bed.  Bedrooms three and four are twin bedded.  There is a family bathroom with full suite and another cloakroom with WC and wash basin.  The spacious lounge is furnished with comfortable unit sofas etc. and in-house entertainment includes Satellite TV, DVD, video player and CD/cassette/radio.

The dining area has a table and chairs to seat eight persons.  The kitchen is modern and well equipped and includes electric oven and hob, grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  There are several appliances, including a blender, and all utensils for self-catering.  For extra security, a safe is installed.

OUTSIDE
Doors lead out to an extensive sun terrace, partially shaded by a covered pergola with patio table and chairs, and overlooking the superb 6 x 4 metre power-heated swimming pool.

The built-in barbecue makes this an idyllic venue for al-fresco dining.  The pool has roman style steps at one end for ease of entry.  Sun loungers and an outside shower complete the poolside facilities.  The house, terraces and garden are all to one level for wheelchair access and Casa Juan is therefore suitable for the elderly or infirm.  The walled garden is very sheltered affording a great deal of privacy to the pool area.

Casa Juan has its own charm and character and will appeal to those who prefer peace and quiet away from, but within easy reach of, the busy tourist resorts.  A car is essential in Guime and therefore car hire is included in the holiday.
