Completed in 2004, this exclusive development of high quality villas, many with private swimming pools, enjoys a prime location on the outskirts of Playa Blanca within easy reach of all the amenities.

SITUATION
The well-planned low-density development of Faro Park lies to the     west     of

Playa Blanca in the region of the lighthouse, around 3.5 kms from the resort centre with its shops, bars and excellent restaurants. The sea and coastal path are 150 metres. The harbour where the ferry departs for Fuerteventura is a few minutes drive. There are a couple of restaurants, cafés and bars just a few minutes walk from the villa.

ACCOMMODATION
This detached villa is a spacious two-storey house constructed to a very high standard. The accommodation is modern and stylish, being appointed with quality furniture and fittings throughout. To the first floor the main bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes. There is a luxury bathroom en-suite with full bath, shower, WC, basin and bidet. Patio doors lead out to a secluded terrace with sun loungers from which you can enjoy fantastic views of Fuerteventura and Lobos as well as watching the glorious sunsets.

To the ground floor there are two further bedrooms both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. A second bathroom with full suite serves these bedrooms.

The separate fully fitted kitchen, with arched serving bar to lounge, boasts modern hardwood units with granite work-tops and includes: Electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and numerous appliances for self-catering. A solana houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and acts as a drying area. The lounge is furnished with leather sofas, sideboard, TV/DVD player and CD music unit together with a mini library of family DVD's and books. Outside is a covered dining terrace where there is a large granite-topped table and seating for eight. For guests' security a safe is installed in the villa.

OUTSIDE
The villa is approached via a private road and has off-road parking space for a car to the front. To the rear, French doors lead from the lounge to a south-facing sun terrace, partly shaded by a pergola and overlooking a superb 6 x 4 metre kidney shaped, power-heated swimming pool. Adjacent to the pool terrace is a pergola shaded “al-fresco” dining area with table and seating. An ideal spot for those warm sunset barbecues by the swimming pool. Sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue complete the poolside facilities.

Casa Jadaryga is ideal for couples and families and will appeal to those who prefer to be away from it all but within easy reach of the resort centre. Due to the location car hire is considered essential and is included with the holiday. Guests should note that this property is a non-smoking villa.
