CORRALEJO

A small, quality complex of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments surrounding an attractive
communal heated swimming pool.
The complex also features 3 and 4 bedroom villas with private swimming pools

SITUATION
Situated on the outskirts of the main resort of Corralejo, the complex is within easy reach of the beaches and the Las Dunas National Parque sand dunes. The main street of Corralejo is about a 20 minute walk and the Galera beach is 15 minutes. There is a supermarket close by and restaurants within a few minutes. The mini-train stop for Las Dunas is a short walk away.

ACCOMMODATION
The development consists of 8 stylish apartments on the ground and first floor, and 3 villas with private pools, all set around a good size communal swimming pool.

The owners have taken great care to ensure the highest standard of accommodation prevails.  The villas are each slightly different in design and décor, which reflect the owners' individual tastes.

THE APARTMENTS
The first floor apartments have terraces overlooking the pool.  The ground floor apartments have a large patio with steps down to the sunbathing terraces and pool.  The apartments are similar in size, although the detailed design of each one is slightly different.  The accommodation comprises; 1 or 2 bedrooms with twin beds or king-size beds; spacious lounge with double settee and armchair, reclaimed teak hardwood units, TV with satellite system, hi-fi and CD player.  Doors lead to a large terrace or patio where there is a table and chairs with a view to the pool.  The modern open plan kitchen with breakfast bar is very well-equipped including; double sink unit, four ring ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and a host of appliances for self catering.  The bathroom has shower (no bath), WC and vanity unit.

THE VILLAS
There are three villas, two with 3 bedrooms and one with 4, all built on three levels.  The lower ground floor has the largest of the 3 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom.  In the case of the 4-bedroom villa, the fourth bedroom is also on the lower ground floor.  To the first floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony.  Stairs lead to the villas' own "panoramic" with superb views of Corralejo, Lobos and Lanzarote.  The second bedroom is on the ground floor with twin beds and bathroom.

The extended lounge is very comfortably furnished with a leather suite of 3 settees, reclaimed teak hardwood units, TV with satellite system, video, hi-fi and CD player. Patio doors lead to a rear terrace overlooking the delightful heated private pool. There is a second terrace to the front of the lounge overlooking the communal pool. The modern luxury kitchen is spacious and fully equipped including; 4 ring ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and many appliances for self-catering. The dining area with a large rectangle teak table is situated in the octagonal tower overlooking the pool. Further detail on the villas is available on request.

COMMUNAL FACILITIES
At the centre of Infiniti, a couple of steps down from each property, are the sunbathing terraces and gardens surrounding the heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi type spa at one end. There are rooftop sunbathing areas, one boasting a sauna (clothes optional) and the other offering panoramic views to the sea and other Islands.  The reception has email and Internet facilities, plus a shower/changing room for those on a late flight home.

The apartments and villas at Infiniti offer above average accommodation for couples and families, being close to but unaffected by all the amenities of this popular main resort. Friendly management on-site takes care of maintenance and maid service.
