Luxury 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool, satellite TV, superb views

A prestigious 4 bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool, set in an elevated position with breathtaking views of the countryside and distant coastline.

SITUATION
The village of Oasis de Nazaret nestles in the foothills just south of the old capital Teguise and is an ideal base from which to enjoy the whole Island.
Arrecife is approximately 10 to 15 minutes drive away, as is the popular resort of Costa Teguise with its shops, bars and night-life. The  Water  Park and  golf course

are also within easy reach.  To the north the spectacular Playa de Famara is around 15 minutes away. There is a restaurant in the village together with a supermarket for everyday needs, and a selection  of shops and restaurants can be found in the old town of Teguise, where one should not miss the Sunday morning market.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is extremely spacious with quality furniture and fittings to a high standard throughout. The accommodation comprises: four bedrooms, two with twin beds and two doubles.  Two of the

bedrooms have a shower-room en-suite and bedrooms 3 & 4 share a further shower-room between them - NB all bathrooms have showers only, no bath.  The spacious lounge is very comfortably furnished with sofas, occasional furniture, Satellite TV, Video and music unit.  An archway leads to the dining room with dining suite for 8 persons.  The fully-fitted modern kitchen is very well equipped with full cooker, large fridge- freezer, ample storage units and all utensils for self-catering.  There is a utility room with a washing machine.

OUTSIDE
Large patio doors open from the lounge onto a beautiful arched terrace with patio tables and chairs overlooking the attractive kidney-shaped heated swimming pool.  Steps lead down to the astro turf decked sunbathing terrace surrounding the pool.  There are ample sun beds and the added facility of a barbecue at pool level.

All the terraces command fine views over the surrounding countryside and the distant coastline of Costa Teguise.

Due to the position of Villa Hoopoe, car hire is considered essential.  One or two cars are therefore included with the villa depending on the size of the party and will be at the disposal of clients at the airport.

Villa Hoopoe is an ideal family villa for those seeking a central country location with peace and quiet without being too remote.
