Spacious 2 bedroom detached villa with private heated swimming pool

This delightful detached villa is set in its own mature gardens with attractive kidney shaped heated swimming pool and located in the much sought after area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen.
SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto Del Carmen where some of the finest individual privately owned villas may be found.  Casa Guanche is an established property situated in a quiet residential area whilst still remaining  within  walking

distance of the main resort.  The old harbour town is a two minute drive or ten minute walk and access to the countryside can be made with ease.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is on one level and comprises two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes etc.  The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twins.  The main bathroom is family-size with pedestal basin, bath, shower, bidet and WC.  There is a second shower room with shower, basin and WC.  The lounge is comfortably furnished with corner suite, TV, CD player and bookcase units etc.  A large window/patio door leads to the pool area.  An archway leads to the dining area with a four-place table and  chairs,   sideboard  and

sofa.  There is a door leading to a raised patio area with table and chairs.  The separate fully equipped kitchen has electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.  There are ample storage units and all utensils for self-catering.

OUTSIDE
A raised patio area shaded by a pergola overlooks the garden and steps lead down to the sun terrace where there is an inviting kidney shaped heated swimming pool.  Sun loungers, parasol and barbecue complete the outside facilities.

Casa Guanche is a lovely house in a prime location, suitable for a family of four persons or two couples seeking homely accommodation in a select area close to the main resort.  Car hire is considerably beneficial and is therefore included with the villa.
