SITUATION
Caleta de Fuste is a modern, growing resort some 8 kms south of the airport.  The areas of Castillo and the Marina form the centre, with many shops, bars, restaurants and lots of amenities.  There is a superb beach suitable for families, and water sports such as diving and wind surfing are available.  A short distance from the resort lies the major development of the Fuerteventura Golf Club, the Island's first 18 hole golf course.  There is a free hourly shuttle bus which runs to the seaside commercial centre then on to Caleta de Fuste.  Nearby is the five star hotel Elba Palace Golf, which houses the clubhouse.

ACCOMMODATION
The complex is stylish and set in attractive tropical gardens with access to the large communal swimming pool. The spacious apartment is to the first floor and is appointed to a high standard with quality furniture and fittings throughout. The accommodation comprises; two or three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes etc. The main bedroom has a double bed and benefits from access to the sun terrace. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds, and there is a family bathroom with full suite.

The good-size lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with two sofas, dining table and chairs, sideboard unit, TV with DVD and music unit. The modern fitted kitchen has electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, a number of convenient appliances and all utensils for self-catering. For guests' peace of mind there is a safe and security intercom.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge out on to a south facing terrace overlooking the gardens with sea views.  Partly shaded by a pergola and having patio furniture and parasol, the terrace forms an ideal setting for relaxing and dining al-fresco.  Steps lead up to a private roof-top solarium where there are sun loungers.  This is just the place to sunbathe in complete privacy, maybe au-naturel?  A short distance away lies the superb communal swimming pool where there are changing room and shower facilities

For Golf enthusiasts
The Fuerteventura Golf Club opened in April 2002. The course is 18 holes par 70 of 6049 metres from the championship tees.  There are 2 loops of 9 holes starting and finishing at the clubhouse. Features include three lakes connected by a stream, all of which come into play. The club facilities include; driving range, chipping and putting greens, Pro shop, changing rooms and bar restaurant.

The apartment will appeal to those seeking quality accommodation away from but within easy reach of all the amenities of this popular resort. Due to the outside aspects, the apartment is considered unsuitable for young children.

Car hire is recommended.
