This superb detached villa is set in its own secluded grounds with a good-size power heated swimming pool, and is located in the most sought after area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
The exclusive suburb of Los Mojones boasts some of the finest individual villas on the island.  Casa Galmai occupies a prime  site  in   this

quiet residential area.  The centre of the old harbour town, with its colourful bars and restaurants, is just a two minute drive and is within easy reach on foot, as is the beautiful beachfront of Puerto del Carmen.  The villa is conveniently placed for the main resort, countryside and touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is very spacious and the owners have taken every care to ensure that a high standard in comfort and amenities prevails.  There are three bedrooms, all leading from the hallway.  The master bedroom is generous in size, with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.  There is a dressing room with built-in mirror, panelled wardrobe and large dressing table.  An en-suite bathroom in luxury ceramics contains a bath-size shower with sitting facility, wash basin sunk in a marble vanity unit, bidet and WC.  The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and two single beds, which can be used as a double if required.  The third bedroom is twin-bedded.  All bedrooms have air-conditioning.  The second bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms and has a shower, bidet, WC and wash basin in marble vanity unit, with a large mirror.  There is a third bathroom located between the pool and fountain, which is beneficial to those using the outside facilities.

The spacious lounge is in the form of a double room and conservatory and is comfortably furnished with sofa, easy chairs, sideboard and TV unit.  The focal point is a feature marble fireplace with built-in electric log effect fire.  In-house entertainment includes Satellite TV, DVD, CD and video player.  There is a mini-library of CDs, videos, books and games.

The dining room has a table and six chairs, together with a heated hostess trolley.

The conservatory is furnished with a four-seater sofa, two rocking chairs and occasional tables.  From here you can access the stunning six-seater sunken marble Jacuzzi Spa.  Enclosed in a conservatory of tinted glass the room offers views of the garden and pool whilst you relax in the spa.

The kitchen/breakfast room is modern and fully equipped including; electric oven and four ring hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a host of quality appliances and utensils for self-catering.  There is further access to a utility room where there is a large fridge freezer, washing machine, sink and work surface and ample cupboard space.

The villa is equipped with a drinking water purification system so there is no need for guests to purchase bottled water.  Guests also benefit from air conditioning/heating all year round at no extra cost.   For extra security and peace of mind there is an alarm and entry phone system in operation.

OUTSIDE
The villa is approached through electrically operated wrought iron gates.  Set in mature gardens with high stone walls the gardens offer security and seclusion.  Patio doors lead out to a spacious sun terrace shaded by a covered pergola with dining facilities and overlooking the inviting 6.5x3.5 power-heated swimming pool.  The gas barbecue provides an ideal setting for al-fresco dining.   The surrounding sun terraces with ample, cushioned sun loungers complete the poolside facilities.
