A really first-class detached 4 bedroom villa set within tropical gardens, with a large heated swimming pool and extensive sun terraces.

SITUATION
The villa occupies a prime position within the exclusive Los Mojones development where many of the finest individual villas may be found.   The old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive  and  there

are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance.    Casa Gabriela is conveniently placed for the main resort and for touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is very spacious and care has been taken by the owners to ensure that high standards in comfort and amenities prevail within the villa.  The master bedroom has a beautiful leather king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading out to the sun terrace.   A luxury en-suite bathroom includes bath, walk-in shower, marble twin vanity unit and WC.  The second bedroom boasts a four poster bed and en-suite shower room with multi-jet shower unit.  Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedrooms and share a separate bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished with two large sofas, pouffe, Indonesian furnishings and feature fire place with log effect gas fire.  There is an additional separate curved banquette seating area - ideal for games or reading.   The dining room is quite stunning and features a unique lava rock wall and Canarian style timber ceiling.   Concertina style folding doors across the full width of the room open onto the sun terrace, shaded by a pergola and then onto the pool terrace.  The doors push back fully allowing al-fresco or indoor dining as required at the 8 place dining table.

There are three archways into the kitchen and lounge, giving the living area an open plan feel.  The large modern fully-fitted kitchen is very well equipped with ample storage units, complemented with cool black granite worktops.  The appliances include built-in electric oven, touch control halogen hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, together with all the utensils required for self-catering.   For guests' security and peace of mind there is a safe and burglar alarm.

OUTSIDE
Folding doors open onto a spacious terracotta-tiled terrace shaded by an exceptionally large pergola across the rear of the villa, providing some welcome shade in the sunny south-facing garden.  This terrace has a table and seating for 8 persons.  A rattan sofa and easy chairs provide additional seating on the terrace.  Beyond the pergola the attractive 8 metre heated swimming pool with roman style entry invites you to step in for a refreshing dip.  An extensive sunbathing terrace with comfortable sun loungers surrounds the pool and a barbecue completes the outside facilities.  To the front of the villa there is a drive for off-road parking.
