LA ASOMADA

3 bedroom country villa with private pool and
beautiful views, satellite TV

This delightful older style villa is located in the hills above the picturesque village of La Asomada and boasts one of the best views on the Island.

The village nestles in the hillside approximately 7 kms from the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen and 10 kms from the airport. There is a village shop with telephone, local bar and quaint olde church.

ACCOMMODATION
Casa De Las Fuentes is built in traditional style being single storey with centre terrace to which most rooms lead.  The accommodation is simply and comfortably furnished and comprises: three bedrooms, one with double bed and two with twins, all with built in wardrobes. Two bathrooms, main bathroom has full suite, the second is a shower room with WC etc.  The large kitchen is well equipped with full size cooker, fridge freezer and ample storage units.

The spacious south-facing lounge has an attractive feature fire place, 3 piece suite, dining suite and occasional furniture. There is also satellite TV together with a mini library.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead out onto a large south facing terrace with feature fountain and edged by tropical plants. The large swimming pool is on the west side of the villa with surrounding terrace and sun loungers. Between the pool and the house is a sheltered patio with built-in table and seating ideal for afternoon tea.

From the terraces there are beautiful uninterrupted views of the mountains, countryside and distant sea.

Casa De Las Fuentes is in a unique location high in the hills and offers peace and tranquillity for those seeking a quiet rural holiday in plain and simple surroundings. Because of the location a car is considered essential and therefore car hire is included with the holiday.

NB: To the rear of the villa is attached a completely self contained "granny annexe" which is occasionally occupied. This does not form part of, nor does it affect the accommodation or its facilities in any way.
