FUERTEVENTURA - Price List - Winter 2007-08

Due to the ever-increasing market in flight-only sales direct to the public via the Internet, together with requests by our guests to make their own travel arrangements, we have produced an accommodation-only price guide for all the properties featured in our current holiday programme.  We are however, continuing to offer full package holidays, inclusive of flights, from all major airports where required.  Competitive quotes may be obtained from our reservations team on 01245 262496 or by email via our website.

Booking a package holiday offers added security as it is protected by our Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL) no. 2169

Prices are per apartment or villa per week in GB Pounds for the given number of persons sharing (excluding infants under 2 years old), i.e. not per person.  For durations longer than one week add the weeks starting dates in the relevant column, e.g. 2 persons in Apts Maxorata Beach for 2 weeks from 26th March will be £420 (£210 + £210), whereas a 3 week stay will be £650 (£210 + £210 + £230) because the 3rd week from 9th April falls in a higher price column.

Changeover day is normally Wednesday, but in many cases arrivals can be arranged for any day.

Please note that where a car is considered necessary due to location, car hire is included in the property rental price.

CALCULATING THE COST OF YOUR ACCOMMODATION

FLIGHT INCLUSIVE PACKAGE HOLIDAYS
We can provide flights from most airports in the UK.  We do not list flight prices as these may fluctuate on a daily basis.  We can however offer the most competitive rates, as we are able to deal with the airlines direct and thus able to pass the latest savings on to our customers.  Please telephone or email us for the latest prices and availability.  We will be pleased to arrange the most favourable flight times at the best price available and calculate your package holiday price for you.

FLIGHTS
The airlines and types of aircraft likely to be used on package holidays in our programme are First Choice Airways, Thomas Cook, Monarch, Excel Airways and My Travel on B757, B767, B737, AB300 & 320.  Other airlines may be used but you will be consulted before these are confirmed.  We cannot therefore give any firm indication at this stage.  The majority of flights depart for Fuerteventura on Wednesdays, but it is now possible to travel on other days subject to the availability of the accommodation.
Please note that airline operators occasionally change flight schedules and timings.

CHILD REDUCTIONS
Child reductions for children aged between 2 and 12 are limited to flight-inclusive package holidays only and are subject to the airline's policy for children.  All children over the age of 2 count towards accommodation-only occupancy.  Infants under 2 years travel from £30 only, depending on the airline's charge but no aircraft seat is allocated.  Accommodation is free but there is a cot hire charge of £25 per week if required.  Please note, infants must be under 2 years on the day of the RETURN travel.

TRANSFERS
If your holiday includes car hire you will collect the car at the airport and drive to your accommodation.  Otherwise transfers are by taxi which must be paid locally to the taxi driver.  As a guide approximate taxi fares from the airport or return are currently as follows:  Corralejo 38 Euros, El Cotillo 45 Euros, Caleta De Fuste 12 Euros.  Taxis seat up to 4 persons maximum and fares are per taxi.

CAR HIRE
Car hire is recommended if you would like to see the most interesting sites on the island.  Car hire or an upgrade can be arranged by completing the car hire section of the booking form.  Prices are as detailed on the booking form.
Where villas include car hire the standard A grade car is supplied for all parties up to 5 persons.  This price structure is in order to simplify the price list and allow parties to upgrade or add cars according to their needs.  We strongly advise parties numbering more than 4 persons to consider such upgrades.  Two cars are supplied for 6 persons or more, and three cars for 11 persons or more.
You should ensure the car you choose is fit for the purpose intended e.g. four-wheel drive for driving on unmade roads, and check with the car company about insurance for this purpose.

SUPPLEMENTS
A supplement will apply where ALL persons in the party occupy bedrooms singularly
Minimum occupation for larger properties may be subject to under occupancy supplements
Any current security, fuel levies or taxes levied as a result of government action will be added to your invoice.
