A quality development of low rise villas overlooking the beach west of the harbour at Playa Blanca.

Tastefully designed, the area has been developed in Moorish style with terraces leading directly on to the sandy beach and planted with tropical shrubs and palms. The attractive gardens include ponds and water fountains. Two rock stone jetties flank a large area of the sea in front of the beach producing a lagoon effect thus ensuring continual calm sea and safe bathing.

There are two swimming pools on the complex. One is a larger family pool with poolside bar and snack bar. In this vicinity is also a reception office, supermarket and mini nightspot. The second pool is smaller and ideal for those who prefer a quieter spot to sunbathe with no other facilities around it.

A short stroll however, through the complex will bring you to the beach front where there is a very attractive promenade offering lovely seaside walks along the coast. Beach front cafes and restaurants are a welcome break to sit and watch the world go by.
SITUATION
Playa Flamingo is within very easy reach of Playa Blanca with its shops, bars and excellent restaurants. The new Punta Limones precinct is very close by as is Playa Blanca Harbour. The superb Papagayo beaches are a ten minute drive away and should not be missed.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation consists of one or two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Bathroom in luxury ceramics with full suite. Kitchenette with cooking hobs (no oven), refrigerator etc. Breakfast bar separates lounge which is comfortably furnished with three piece suite. In one bedroom properties third person sleeps in lounge. Patio doors open onto a private sun terrace and most villas have lovely views of beach and/or sea.
