SITUATION
Ciudad Jardin is a high quality development of detached villas set in an elevated position on the outskirts of the quaint old town of Tias.  Tias is a small but growing town of great character having  several local bars and restaurants     and     lies

approximately 3 kilometres from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen. The airport is around a 10 minute drive and the capital Arrecife 20 minutes. There is a good road network around Tias making the situation an ideal base from which to tour and enjoy the whole Island. The town centre is within walking distance of the Lanzarote villa.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is to a very high standard with quality furnishings throughout and comprises:  two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twins, fitted wardrobes, dressing table etc. Two bathrooms in luxury ceramics both with full suite.

Spacious lounge diner with comfortable sofas and dining suite etc. There is a satellite TV, video and a CD/radio cassette player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. There are ample storage units and all utensils for self catering.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the Lanzarote villas lounge onto a south facing sun terrace partly shaded by a pergola with patio table and chairs. The terrace surrounds a good-size unoverlooked solar heated swimming pool with ample sunbathing area and sun loungers.  A barbecue completes the poolside facilities.

Casa Feliz is ideal for a quality family holiday in a quieter position away from but within easy reach of facilities and the main resort.  For added convenience a car is included with the holiday.
