Completed in 2002, this exclusive development of high quality villas, some with private swimming pools, enjoys a prime location on the outskirts of Playa Blanca within easy reach of all the amenities.

SITUATION
The well planned low density estate of Faro Park lies to the west of Playa Blanca in the  region

of the lighthouse, around 3.5 kms from the resort centre with its shops, bars and excellent restaurants. The sea and beaches are within walking distance as are a number of first class hotels.  The harbour where the ferry departs for Fuerteventura is a few minutes drive.

ACCOMMODATION
The villas are detached and almost identical in size and layout. They are however individually owned and the furniture and fittings differ according to each owner’s preference. Both, however, are spacious and furnished to a high standard. The accommodations comprise; Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with double bed and one twin. The main bedroom has bathroom en-suite with full bath, shower, WC and basin. There is a second shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin.
The separate fully fitted kitchen boasts bright modern units with granite work tops and includes: electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils for self catering. There is an arched-over breakfast bar to the lounge with bar stools. A solana houses the washing machine and acts as a drying area. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with two and three seated sofas, sideboard, TV/Video combination unit and hi-fi system. There is also a mini video and book library.

OUTSIDE
Each villa is set in a spacious garden approached via a private road and has parking spaces for two cars at the front. To the rear, French doors lead from the lounge to a south facing sun terrace, partly shaded by a pergola overlooking a superb 7 x 3.5 metre solar heated swimming pool. An attractive balustrade with gates surrounds the terrace. Adjacent to the pool terrace is a pergola shaded "al-fresco" dining area with king-size built-in table and seating. An ideal spot for those warm sunset barbecues by the swimming pool. Sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue complete the poolside facilities. For those who wish to meet other people there is a large communal swimming pool with children’s pool just a few minutes walk from the villas.

Faro Park offers the best of both worlds in private and communal facilities in a previously unattainable location. Casa Velero and Casa Rivera will appeal to those seeking quality accommodation outside the busy resort centre. Both villas are ideal for couples and families, or two families requiring separate villas within close proximity. Due to the location car hire is considered essential and is included with the holiday.
