SITUATION
The exclusive development of single storey villas at Las Coloradas enjoys a previously unattainable location on the coastal road between Playa Blanca and the Papagayo beaches. The  beaches  begin

at the Punta del Aguila where the Castillo de las Coloradas stands with the beautiful golden beach of Playa Mujeres just a few minutes drive or 10 minute walk away. Playa Blanca is around a 5 minute drive with a number of hotels and centres on the way.  This prime location is set within a few minutes walk of the new marina where you can enjoy a good selection of restaurants located on the waterfront.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is detached and tastefully furnished in a modern style. The accommodation comprises: Master bedroom with king size double bed, double and single wardrobes and en-suite WC with wash basin. Patio doors open to the terrace in the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a fully fitted family bathroom with full suite. The kitchen is modern with granite worktops and includes an electric hob and oven,  a fridge/freezer,

microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a wide range of appliances and utensils for self-catering. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the comfortable lounge and dining room, where there are sofas, a wall unit, dining table and chairs, digital satellite TV, video and hi-fi unit.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead out from the lounge and both bedrooms to an attractive garden and a south facing sun terrace designed to give privacy and maximise the views of the sea. The spacious terrace is bordered by tropical plantations and surrounds the inviting 6x3 metre solar heated swimming pool. A shaded terrace with patio table and chairs make an ideal spot for dining al-fresco. Sun loungers and outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

Casa Dijon is a well-appointed property ideal for couples and small families who prefer to be away, from but within easy reach of, this sought after resort. Car hire is essential at Las Coloradas and is therefore included with the holiday.
