A prestigious 3 bedroom luxury detached villa set in its own secluded grounds with heated swimming pool and boasting many extra facilities placing it amongst the very best on the Island.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest individual villas may be found.

La Difference is situated in a quiet residential area and is within a few minutes drive or a 10 minute walk of the main resort. The villa is conveniently located for the countryside and touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is very spacious and the owners have taken great care to ensure the highest standards of accommodation prevail with quality furniture and fittings throughout. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are twins. There is a second family bathroom with full suite and a further shower room.

The large, luxury fitted kitchen is very well equipped and includes: full electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a host of appliances and utensils to ensure enjoyable self catering. There is also the added benefit of a washing machine.

The impressive lounge is very comfortably furnished with 3 piece suite, easy chairs and occasional units. In house entertainment includes full satellite digital TV with subscription card, video player and hi-fi unit.  Additional facilities are a computer with a wireless Internet connection, a PlayStation 2, and a pay telephone. The dining room has a dining suite with 6 places.

The accommodation enjoys a daily maid service 5 days per week with towel change and weekend supply. Bathrobes are also supplied.

OUTSIDE
Doors lead from the dining room to the garden and sun terraces which overlook a beautiful 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool with inset jacuzzi and separate children’s pool. The spacious terraces include patio furniture and easy chairs partly shaded by a veranda. There is a built in barbecue for al fresco dining. Recreational facilities available are american billiards, table tennis and dart board. The garden and pool area is totally secluded thus offering maximum privacy for sunbathing.

La Difference is a substantial quality property and will appeal only to those who want the best in holiday accommodation. Due to the location, car hire is recommended and therefore included with the holiday.
