A substantial individually designed 5 bedroom detached villa set in the hillside on the outskirts of the quaint old village of Guime.  The house is modern with extensive terraces and a superb adult swimming pool, with separate children's pool.

SITUATION
The typical Canarian village of Guime lies just a few miles north of Puerto del Carmen and is still unspoilt and commercially undeveloped.  The capital, Arrecife, and the airport  are around a 10 minute

drive away, as is the main resort of Puerto del Carmen.  There is a supermarket for everyday needs, local bar and restaurant in the village. Guime forms an ideal base from which to tour and enjoy the whole Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is modern and stylish and appointed to a high standard. Approached via an elevated entrance, steps lead down to a split level dining room and lounge. Furnished in high quality bamboo style there is a 10 place, dining table and chairs, sofas and easy chairs with matching dresser, feature lava stone fireplace, wall units and coffee table. In house entertainment includes satellite TV, video and music centre. Adjacent to the dining room is a magnificent ultra modern kitchen including, stainless steel sink unit, electric cooker   with   ceramic   hob   and

double oven, stainless steel extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a host of appliances for self catering. There are ample storage units in attractive wood finish with granite work-tops. A utility area houses the washing machine.

There are 5 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has double bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with full suite. Doors lead out to a breakfast area on the terrace. The second bedroom also has double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have twin beds and share a family size shower room. For clients peace of mind there is a safe in the villa.

OUTSIDE
Three sets of double doors set in a bay frontage, open from the lounge onto an extensive sun terrace.  The arc-shaped design enables you to view most of the terrace and the pools from the inside.  Patio dining table and chairs partly shaded by a giant parasol overlook a beautiful 11 metre shaped swimming pool with separate children’s pool. Both pools are heated all year round. The terrace is unoverlooked and provides privacy for sunbathing with comfortable sun loungers around the pool. A barbecue completes the poolside facilities. There is off road parking space for several cars.

Those fascinated by aircraft may wish to take binoculars as you can see the aircraft taking-off from the airport some 3 kms distant.
