SITUATION
The exclusive development of single storey villas at Las Colorados enjoys a previously unattainable location on the coastal road between Playa Blanca and the Papagayo beaches.  The Beaches begin at the Punta del Aquila where the  Castillo de 

las Colorados stands with the beautiful golden beach of Playa Mujeres just a few minutes walk away.  Playa Blanca is around a 5 minutes drive, with a number of hotels and centres on the way.  This prime location is set within a few minutes walk of the New Marina, where you can enjoy a good selection of restaurants located on the waterfront.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is detached and tastefully furnished in a modern style.  The accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with double bed and double en-suite bathroom with WC, bath with shower, and separate shower unit.  Patio doors lead from the bedroom out to the terrace.  Bedrooms two and three both have 2 single beds and patio doors leading to the terrace, and share a separate bathroom with WC, washbasin and bath with shower.  Bedroom four has a king-size bed with built-in wardrobes, plus an en-suite shower  room 

with WC and shower unit.  Bedrooms one, two and four have air conditioning.

The villa is on split levels: the upper level comprises the main lounge area, complete with sofas and easy chairs, occasional furniture, and a satellite TV.  The fully fitted kitchen includes: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  There is a dining area with tables and chairs for 8 people.

The master bedroom, bedroom two and the family bathroom are also located on the upper level.  Two steps lead down from the lounge to the middle level where bedroom three is located.  The lower level is accessed through a door in the dining area.  Downstairs you will find a spacious L shaped room with bedroom four and the en-suite shower room located at one end.  Another lounge area is situated in the centre of the room with 2 comfy sofas, a TV (linked to TV upstairs), a DVD player, Play-Station 2 with games, and a 7-in-1 kids games table.

OUTSIDE
The villa has the benefit of its own car parking space.  Patio doors lead out to a south facing terrace with a built-in seating area under a shaded pergola, from where you can enjoy the sea views and watch the amazing sunsets.  The terrace is also ideal for dining al-fresco from the barbeque.  Steps lead down to the good-size heated swimming pool and to the attractive garden.  Sunloungers and patio furniture complete the poolside facilities.

Las Colorados 22 is a well-appointed property and is ideal for families or couples who prefer to be away from, but within easy reach of, this sought-after resort.  Car hire is essential at Las Colorados and is therefore included with the holiday.
