This beautiful luxury 4 bedroom detached villa is set in its own secluded grounds with private solar heated swimming pool and spectacular sea views.  This unique property has been designed to appeal to any number from 2 up to 8 guests.

SITUATION
Playa Blanca has long been considered the most prestigious resort on the Island, and now boasts a stunning new yacht marina with waterside restaurants.  The adjoining coastline, which includes the golden sandy beaches of Papagayo, has been declared an area of outstanding natural beauty.  Casa Colina is situated in a prime position on the exclusive development of Las Margaritas, situated just a short distance from the old village and harbour.  The location offers peace and tranquility while being within easy reach of the resort centre.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is very spacious with a bright and airy feel, and great care has been taken to ensure the highest standards of accommodation prevail, with quality furniture and fittings throughout.  There are 4 bedrooms, all with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.  The master bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with full suite.  The second bedroom has bathroom en-suite with bath and shower.  Bedroom 3 has a shower room en-suite, and bedroom 4 has a separate well-appointed shower room.

The excellent open-plan kitchen is very well equipped and includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a host of appliances and utensils to ensure enjoyable self-catering.  The impressive lounge/reception room is very comfortably furnished with sofas and easy chairs, dining table, chairs and occasional units.  In-house entertainment includes satellite TV with full SKY package including sports and film channels, video and radio/CD player.  For guests' security and peace of mind a safe is installed.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead out from the lounge onto a large south-facing sun terrace with a shaded dining area for up to 8 people.  From here there are beautiful views to the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura.

The patio area in turn leads onto an extensive astro turf sun terrace surrounding a delightful kidney shaped fresh water swimming pool.  The un-overlooked pool is solar heated and offers privacy for sunbathing.  There are ample sun loungers, and a barbecue and outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

Casa Colina is a substantial quality property and will appeal to couples and families seeking superior accommodation away from, but within easy reach of, this superb resort.  For added convenience car hire is included in the holiday, but is by no means essential.
