Completed in 2004, this well-appointed villa is situated in a sought after location in the prestigious Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto del Carmen and boasts some of the finest individual villas on the Island. The main resort and old harbour town are a couple of minutes drive or a ten minute walk while access to the countryside can be made with ease. The location is an ideal base for touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is single storey with spacious surroundings and appointed to a high standard with quality furnishing throughout. The accommodation comprises: Three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes etc.  The master bedroom has a double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with full suite, and patio doors lead out to the pool terrace.  Bedrooms two and three have twin beds and share a luxury family bathroom with full suite.

The comfortably furnished lounge diner has leather sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite digital TV with subscription card, DVD and CD player together with mini-library of books, CD's and DVD's.

The large fully fitted kitchen is extremely well appointed with ample storage units and worktops and includes built-in oven and hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a selection of appliances and utensils for self catering.  There is also a breakfast bar and stools.  A utility room houses the washing machine and there is a separate drying area.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a spacious sun terrace with patio table and chairs, partly shaded by a pergola, making an ideal setting for al fresco dining. Ample sun bathing terrace with cushioned sun-loungers surround the inviting 6 metre heated swimming pool. When the sun bathing and swimming are exhausted try relaxing in the American hot spring spa jacuzzi. A Canarian barbecue and outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

The services to the villa include: daily change of towels, twice weekly linen change and maid service. A welcome pack awaits guests on arrival.
