This beautiful luxury detached villa is set in its own secluded grounds with power heated swimming pool and equipped with numerous extra facilities for the added comfort of guests.

SITUATION
The villa is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen.  The villas in this suburb include some of the finest on the Island.  The old harbour town is a couple of minutes drive or a ten minute walk whilst access to the main resort  or  countryside  can  be

made with ease.  The location offers an ideal base for touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is very spacious and care has been taken to ensure the highest standards in comfort and amenities prevail.  The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, patio doors to pool area, separate bathroom in luxury marble with double sink unit and full suite.  Bedroom two has double bed with large en-suite bathroom with full suite.  Bedrooms three and four have twin beds and share a separate shower room.

The comfortably furnished lounge is very spacious, with sofa and easy chairs, occasional furniture, satellite digital TV with viewing card, video player, CD unit and mini video library.  Split level dining area with table and chairs for eight persons.

The fully fitted kitchen includes built in oven, hob and microwave, large fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a host of appliances and utensils for self-catering.  There is a washing machine in the utility room along with a drying area.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large secluded sun terrace surrounding the superb 8 metre heated swimming pool.  Comfort at poolside is a major priority and you may choose from relaxing on the three piece suite in the shade of the pergola or lounging on one of the eight cushioned sun-beds.  There is a poolside bar, (unfortunately un-stocked), with refrigerator for ice cold drinks by the pool.  For a feeling of well-being just try the 19 jet, American hot spring spa jacuzzi which forms the ideal recreational alternative after swimming and sun bathing.

Table and chairs to seat up to ten persons make an ideal setting for al-fresco dining, all set in beautiful sub tropical landscaped gardens.  An outside shower and portable barbecue complete the poolside facilities.

The friendly managers who care for the villa include a welcome basket, daily towel change, maid service and fresh linen twice weekly.  For maximum security there is a safe and alarm system.  Casa Charlotte is a substantial and beautiful villa ideal for those seeking the best in holiday accommodation.  For added convenience car hire is included with the villa holiday.
