A well-appointed modern style villa situated in a sought after location in the prestigious Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto del Carmen where some of the finest villas may be found.  The old harbour town is a two minute drive or a ten minute walk and the beaches are within easy reach.

The location forms an ideal base to enjoy the main resort and for touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is detached and set in its own garden with a private swimming pool.  The accommodation is well-appointed on the ground and first floors.  On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/diner comfortably furnished with leather sofas, dining table and chairs, digital satellite TV, CD player and video. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all home comforts and includes electric fan oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and all utensils for self-catering.

The hallway leads to a twin bedroom, a family-size bathroom and a utility room with washing machine.  For guests' added security there is a safe and alarm installed.  A beautiful marble staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a master double suite with solid wood floors.  Patio doors open on to a breakfast terrace with lovely views towards the sea.  A large luxury en-suite marble shower room serves the suite

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead out from the lounge to good-size sun terraces, partly shaded by a covered pergola with al-fresco dining table and chairs under.  The terrace surrounds the inviting 4 x 3 metre swimming pool with ample sunbathing area and sun loungers.  The mature gardens offer a degree of privacy around the pool.   A portable barbecue completes the outside facilities.  Villa Charlana has a private driveway and the entire villa is walled and security gated for safety.

Villa Charlana is a well-appointed property ideal for couples or a small family seeking modern accommodation close to all the amenities of the main resort.  For added convenience car hire is included with the holiday but is by no means essential.
