LOS MOJONES

Luxury 3 bedroom single storey villa with private

Completed in 2005, this well-appointed villa is situated in a sought after location in the prestigious Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen.

SITUATION
Los Mojones is an exclusive suburb of Puerto del Carmen and boasts some of the finest individual villas on the Island.   The main resort and old harbour town are a couple   of  minutes

drive or a ten minute walk, while access to the countryside can be made with ease.  The location is an ideal base to enjoy everything offered in the main resort and for touring the Island.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is on one level and consists of the main house and a separate annex.  Both appointed to a high standard with quality furnishings throughout.  The accommodation comprises; three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms.  There are two bedrooms in the main house.  The master bedroom has a double bed, large en-suite bathroom with full suite and window onto the terrace.  The second bedroom has twin beds, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.  The annex, situated opposite the main house, has a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room with WC and wash basin.  There is also a kitchen area with fridge and sink unit.

The main house has a split level lounge and dining room with dining table and chairs.  The lounge area has a vaulted ceiling with skylight.  Comfortably furnished with corner suite, welsh dresser and 26 inch LCD flat screen TV on wall.  Swing doors lead to the modern fully-fitted kitchen which includes, electric oven and ceramic hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a selection of appliances and utensils for self-catering.  There is also a two-place breakfast bar with stools.  Outside the kitchen door is an enclosed drying area with a washing machine.  For guests' security a safe is installed.

OUTSIDE
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a spacious sun terrace, partly shaded by a pergola, with table and chairs.  Ample sun bathing terrace with sun-loungers surround the inviting eight metre heated swimming pool.  High walls all round offer considerable privacy to this area and shelter the pool and terrace.  A barbecue and outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

La Casita is a well-appointed property ideal for families.  It adjoins Villa Los Techos and is therefore ideal for larger parties requiring additional accommodation at this villa.  For added convenience, car hire is included with the holiday.
