Completed in 2000, Villa Ventura consists of a small development of quality villas with private swimming pools situated in a prime location close to all the amenities of Costa Teguise.

SITUATION
Costa Teguise lies on the east coast of Lanzarote just north of the capital Arrecife. It now forms a major resort on the Island and boasts some of the most luxurious complexes and hotels. There are many facilities in the surrounding area, including the golf course and Water  Park,  which  are  a  few

minutes drive from the centre. Casa Carlos is situated just a few minutes walk from the many shops, bars and restaurants and is a ten minute stroll from the lovely sandy beaches of Las Cucharas.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is spacious and furnished to a high standard with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. The accommodation comprises: three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes etc. The master bedroom has a double or twin beds and luxury en-suite bathroom with full suite. The other two bedrooms are twins and share a family bathroom with full suite.

Entrance into the villa is via the French doors, which lead into the comfortably furnished split-level lounge and dining room  where  there  are sofas,

a six place dining suite, digital TV, video and hi-fi unit.  The separate, well-equipped kitchen is fully fitted with bright modern units and worktops and includes a ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher and full complement of self-catering utensils. In the utility area there is a washing machine.

OUTSIDE
French doors lead out from the lounge to a good-size sun terrace with patio table and chairs partly shaded by a pergola. There is a fine 6-metre power heated swimming pool, sheltered by high walls which add privacy for sunbathing. Sun loungers and built-in barbecue complete the poolside facilities. Casa Carlos is a well appointed property, ideal for families seeking quality accommodation with private facilities within easy reach of all the amenities of this popular resort.
